Now in its 16th year, Drapers 30 Under 30 celebrates the rising fashion retail stars and strongest talent who are bringing enthusiasm and creativity, exceptional drive and new ideas to the industry.

Those on the 2025 list stood out among their peers, accomplishing big wins, helping their teams move forward and displaying passion in their roles, despite a shifting landscape. The fashion industry needs new thinkers and innovators more than ever, as it continues to navigate challenges – from supply chain pressures and the cost of living crisis, to ever-changing consumer behaviour.

In addition to the more traditional routes into the fashion retail industry of buying and merchandising, for those who want to be pioneers in the search for the best fabrics, there are opportunities in material technology. Sustainability remains a focus for the industry, especially as United Nations members reach the halfway point in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Fashion’s impact on the planet presents prospects for those looking to make a difference on climate related concerns.

And as the engine of fashion retail, the supply chain remains an important part of the industry, and provides an arena for fresh thinking from younger entrants in the workforce.
