German footwear retailer Birkenstock has reported surging sales and profits for the fourth quarter and full year to 30 September, as it hails "robust consumer demand globally".

German footwear retailer Birkenstock has upped its sales guidance for the 2025 fiscal year, with revenues now expected to reach at least €2.09bn (£1.82bn), as the demand for its shoes and clogs holds firm.

Operating profits at German footwear retailer Birkenstock were up 28% year on year to €198m (£166.32m) from €155.5m (£130.62m) for the three months to 30 June 2025.
