Bottega Veneta
Luxury Italian label Bottega Veneta was founded in 1966 by Michele Taddei and Renzo Zengiaro and has been owned by French luxury group Kering since 2001. Known for its signature “intrecciato” woven leather bags, among its recent creative directors are French–Belgian designer Matthieu Blazy who created the Sardine handbag during his tenure from 2021 until 2024. Other popular styles of handbags include the Hop, the Cassette and the Jodie. Bottega Veneta also produces ready–to–wear, accessories, shoes and clothing for men and women.
