Capri Holdings
Capri Holdings was originally established as Michael Kors Holdings in 1981 in New York, and rebranded in 2019 following acquisitions of luxury brands Jimmy Choo (2017) and Versace (2018). Capri Holdings operates globally across luxury fashion and accessories sectors. It has around 1,250 stores worldwide for its three brands, including Michael Kors. In August 2023, Tapestry, parent company of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, bought Capri Holdings in a deal worth $8.5bn (£6.7bn).
