Now in its 17th year, Drapers launches its annual search for the strongest talent and rising fashion retail stars of 2026.

Drapers 30 Under 30 celebrates the rising stars who are bringing new ideas, disruption and creativity to the fashion retail industry.

At the start of each year, Drapers puts the spotlight on the newest stars across all areas of the fashion retail industry – from buyers, entrepreneurs and technologists to supply chain and store staff – and highlights their ideas and achievements.

The fashion industry needs new thinkers and innovators more than ever as it navigates today’s challenges – from supply chain pressures and the cost of living crisis, to shifting consumer behaviour.

Drapers 30 Under 30 class of 2025

Drapers 30 Under 30 alumni include: Ben Francis, co-founder and CEO of Gymshark; George Heaton, founder of Represent; Josephine Philips, founder of Sojo; fashion designers Priya Ahluwalia, Bianca Saunders, Richard Quinn and Steven Stokey-Daley; Victoria Prew, founder and CEO of fashion rental platform Hurr; Adam Frisby, founder of In The Style and Arianna Ajtar, founder of Mars the Label.
