Fendi
Italian luxury fashion house Fendi was founded in Rome, Italy, in 1925 by Adele and Eduardo Fendi. The first Fendi boutique specialised in leather and furs, and it still sells leather and fur-based accessories and outerwear today. Fendi produces womenswear, menswear, accessories and handbags, including the famous Baguette bag. It has a flagship boutique in Rome, where its headquarters is based alongside a boutique Fendi hotel. In 2001 French luxury conglomerate LVMH bought Fendi for $225m (£173m).
