F&F
Tesco’s clothing brand, F&F, was founded by former Figleaves CEO Julia Reynolds and launched into the supermarket’s British stores in 2001. F&F stands for Florence & Fred. The clothing brand became available online in 2009 and was then integrated into the Tesco Direct non-food sales platform in 2016. Tesco Direct was shut down in 2018 and F&F was sold in stores only. In September 2024, it was revealed that F&F clothing would be relaunched on Tesco marketplace, which was first unveiled in June on Tesco.com, over the coming months. In August 2024 Tesco rolled out digital product passports for F&F to give supply chain transparency in response to European Union regulations on sustainability.
