{"id":462572,"date":"2026-05-01T07:59:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T06:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.drapersonline.com\/?p=462572"},"modified":"2026-05-01T07:59:21","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T06:59:21","slug":"zegna-group-revenues-climb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.drapersonline.com\/news\/zegna-group-revenues-climb","title":{"rendered":"Zegna Group revenues climb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zegna Group, which owns Zegna and Thom Browne, as well as Tom Ford Fashion through a long-term license agreement, said direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue grew 7.8% year on year to \u20ac371.9m (\u00a3319.6m), with all three of its brands having improved compared to the previous quarter.<\/p>\n<p>Wholesale revenues at the group, however, fell 19.1% year on year to \u20ac64.3m (\u00a355.4m), as the Italian luxury retailer shifted its &#8220;strategic focus&#8221; to DTC.<\/p>\n<p>Revenues at the Zegna brand were up 5.9% year on year, while Tom Ford Fashion revenues grew 0.4% but Thom Browne revenues tumbled 9.4% during the quarter.<\/p>\n<p>With an eye to the group&#8217;s performance across the geographies, Zegna Group reported a &#8220;positive performance&#8221; across all regions, on an organic basis, while the Americas &#8220;outperformed&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The group also noted that the Greater China region &#8220;turned positive&#8221; during the period.<\/p>\n<p>Zegna Group executive chair Ermenegildo \u201cGildo\u201d Zegna said: \u201cWe entered 2026 with growing momentum across all our brands. The Group\u2019s 7% organic growth is a direct result of our long-term strategy, thoughtfully crafted and now being executed with discipline and pace.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our retail-first organisation continues to progress, as reflected in 14% organic growth in the direct-to-consumer channel, with all brands and markets contributing. The Americas stood out once again, delivering another quarter of double-digit organic growth and continued acceleration. Zegna led the group\u2019s performance, reporting 11% organic growth. Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion strengthened their distinctive positions and attracted new audiences.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Looking ahead, our think slow, act fast mindset will continue to guide the Group in taking thoughtful decisions and implementing them quickly and decisively &#8211; as we pursue our vision with rigor while remaining agile and flexible. In this world, we must adapt rapidly to more challenging conditions.
