LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton was formed in 1987 through the merger of Louis Vuitton and Moët Hennessy. The headquarters of the French luxury conglomerate are in Paris. It is led by CEO Bernard Arnault, whose family owns 48.6% of shares and 64.3% of voting rights, LVMH operated 6,097 stores globally as of 2023. The group encompasses 75 brands across sectors including fashion, jewellery, cosmetics and wines. Notable acquisitions include Bulgari in 2011, Christian Dior in 2017, and Tiffany & Co. in 2021. In 2024, LVMH reported revenue of €84.7bn (£73.9bn) and net profit of €12.6bn (£10.9bn)
