In 2025, On announced a leadership transition, as co-CEO Marc Maurer stepped down after 12 years, signalling a new chapter for the rapidly growing company. On has three stores in London.

Swiss sportswear retailer On has raised its full year guidance after gross profits jumped 35.4% from CHF 460.8m (£423.3m) to CHF 340.2m (£312.5m) year on year in the three months to 30 June 2025.
