Amid a growing wave of supply chain regulation, Sosandar head of sourcing Duncan Crewe and Nobody's Child sustainability lead Philippa Grogan warned retailers face a “minefield” of complexity and urged a sharper focus on data, clarity and collaboration to navigate compliance.

Womenswear brand Sosandar has returned to profitability in the year to 31 March 2026, with profit before tax expected to hit £400,000, up from a loss of £100,000 last year.

Sosandar independent non-executive director and chair of the audit committee, Lesley Watt, will step down from the board on 28 January, the womenswear business has announced.

Sosandar has reported a 10% rise in revenue year on year to £13.4m for the three months to 31 December 2025.

Sosandar recorded a pre-tax loss of £1.1m in the six months to 30 September 2025, compared with £700,000 in the same period last year.
