UK fashion retailers are heading into the Easter trading period with a mixed outlook, as unpredictable weather, heavy discounting and ongoing economic pressures cloud expectations for sales and footfall.

Superdry is gearing up to open 21 new stores across the UK and Europe in 2026, CEO Julian Dunkerton told Drapers.
