Prada Group has posted "positive" results in the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, as demand for Miu Miu slows and the Middle East conflict drags on sales.

Prada Group’s revenues climbed 9% year on year to €5.718bn (£4.97bn) for the year to 31 December 2025, driven by continued growth at Miu Miu.

Versace has appointed Alaïa creative director Pieter Mulier as its new chief creative officer, effective 1 July 2026, marking a creative reset for the Italian luxury house following its acquisition by Prada Group.

Following the completion of Prada Group's acquisition of Versace for $1.25bn (£936m) on 2 December, creative director Dario Vitale will exit the house on 12 December after showing just one collection.

Prada Group has completed the acquisition of Versace from Capri Holdings in a $1.375bn (£1bn) cash deal.

Prada Group today (30 July) reported a 9% increase in revenue to €2.74bn (£2.37bn) for the first half of 2025, led by Miu Miu's 49% year-on-year growth in retail sales.
