VF Corporation was founded in Pennsylvania in 1899 and now has its headquarters in Denver, Colorado. New York Stock Exchange-listed VF Corporation owns sports and lifestyle brands including The North Face, Vans and Timberland. In September 2025, it announced the sale of workwear label Dickies to Scotch & Soda owner Bluestar Alliance for $600m (£440m). The group operates across more than 125 countries, and sells products in more than 1,500 retail stores worldwide.
