“If you can’t see her, be her,” says Danielle Fairfield, head of retail at NuOrder by Lightspeed, when asked if she has any advice for female leaders working in today’s rapidly changing fashion industry.
This Drapers Connects webinar brings together Fairfield and a panel of other female leaders to share more advice and their experiences doing exactly that at businesses including John Lewis, Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue.
We discuss:
– Ways women can rethink traditional career structures and hierarchies to create new paths to success.
– Insights on navigating new approaches to leadership and high-pressure roles in a rapidly changing industry, covering topics such as empathy-driven management, work-life balance and motherhood.
– Real life career advice, leadership challenges and ways the industry can support the next generation of leaders.
– How to bring innovation and new ways of working – and leading – to long-established, legacy businesses.
Plus much more.
